Jason Polk

Jason Polk serves as the lead pastor here at Echo Church. He is married to his best friend Rachel who also serves at Echo in a variety of roles. They have 2 wild and crazy boys, Preston and Dean. Jason and Rachel moved to Orange County from Nashville, TN in June of 2019 to plant Echo Church and God has been faithful to provide every step of the way to continue to build His kingdom here in the OC.

Delaney Bautista

Delaney Bautista serves as the worship director at Echo Church. She is married to her college sweetheart, JC, who also serves at Echo through worship and set up/ tear down. They both started attending Echo core team meetings back in 2019 while still in college. After graduating and getting married, they moved from Riverside to Fullerton in 2021 to be closer to their church community. They are thankful for the church family at Echo and are excited to see what the Lord is going to continue to do through their Church.

Mikhail Alfon

Mikhail Alfon serves as the Creative Director at Echo. He and his wife Alexa are Orange County natives who came to Echo Church during the pandemic of 2020 through Zoom services. Since then, Mikhail has been involved in discipleship and Echo Groups and serves in various operational capacities at Echo.
